AQMAI Open Mat Series, taught by Shihan Quatrochi. In this two-hour class period, Shihan Quatrochi will cover a variety of topics, picking his own specialties to teach and taking requests from participants. Recent topics included grappling, throws, knife and gun disarms. No previous martial arts experience is needed.
Cost: $40 per participant.
